Loire Valley - Limestone soil.

VINIFICATION:

10-day maceration with solid-phase alcoholic fermentation. Aged on fine lees in ovoid vats and French oak demi-muids (450l) for 6 months.

WINE TASTING NOTES:

Fresh, delicate nose with aromas of orange peel and gentian. Refreshing and silky tannins, reflecting its complexity.
